We want you to love what you wear from Colter Maree. We proudly stand behind the quality of our pieces and the brands we carry — but we also understand that sometimes, things just don’t work out. That’s okay — we’re here to help make it right. 💛

Here’s how it works:

Eligibility: Online items are eligible for store credit or exchange if returned within 14 days of delivery (unworn, unwashed, smoke-free, pet-hair-free, tags attached). Items must be postmarked within 14 days. Anything sent after that will not be accepted.
Condition: Please take care when opening your package — cut items, washed items, or pieces with makeup, perfume, deodorant, pet hair, cigarette smell, or stains cannot be returned. These will be sent back at your expense
Process: Start your request in our returns portal for quick approval. You’ll have the option to use a prepaid shipping label (cost deducted from credit) or ship on your own. Exchanges ship back to you free of charge.

Easy returns:

Start by submitting your request in our returns portal — please wait for approval before sending anything back.
You can choose a prepaid shipping label (the cost will be deducted from your credit), or use your own label.
- If you use your own label, just send us the tracking number so we can update your request.
Once we receive your return, your store credit will be added to your account, or we’ll ship your exchange back to you free of charge.

Exchanges made simple:

If the exact item/variant you want is available, you’ll see that option in the portal.
Otherwise, your store credit is yours to use whenever you’re ready.

Damaged items:

Please let us know within 3 days of delivery if your item arrives damaged, and we’ll take care of you, provided the item has not been washed or worn.

Other Details:

Shipping is non-refundable.
We recommend saving your tracking number — we’re not responsible for lost packages.

No exceptions outside of this policy can be made — thank you so much for shopping with us!

🌿 Colter Maree Return Process

Start your return → [Click here] and enter your order number + zip code.
Select your items → Choose the pieces you’d like to return.
Choose a reason → Let us know why you’re sending it back.
Exchange or credit → You can swap for another size/item with instant credit. This allows you to shop right away while we wait for your return package. (Don’t forget to ship your items back using the prepaid label provided.)
Pack it up → Use our original packaging if possible, or a similar-sized box/bag. Please avoid shoe boxes — returns in shoe boxes will be refused and sent back.

🚚 Shipping Information

Orders ship within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends + holidays) if items are in stock.
We ship via USPS + UPS, with real-time rates based on weight + destination.
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Once shipped, we can’t intercept or change packages.
Colter Maree is not responsible for lost or delayed packages, those marked “delivered” by the carrier, or packages returned due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Delivery times exclude Sundays + holidays.
While we inspect every order before shipping, we are not responsible for damage caused during transit.

❗ Order Issues

Defective items → Must be reported to contact.coltermaree@gmail.com within 3 days of receipt. Items worn, washed, cut, or altered will not be accepted.
Incorrect or missing items → Please contact us right away — we’ll make it right.
Note: Colors/patterns may vary slightly due to screen differences. We mostly use neutral backgrounds to minimize variation.

🎁 Holiday Return Policy

We’re extending returns for the holiday season! Purchases made Nov 16, 2024 and after may be returned until Jan 22, 2025 or within 30 days of delivery (whichever is later).

Sale purchases 30% off or more, as well as holiday sale items (unless marked “Doorbuster” or “Final Sale”), are eligible for return.
All other standard return guidelines still apply (store credit only, unworn/unwashed condition, etc.).
